    This class offers a space to support you both physically and mentally/emotionally throughout your pregnancy journey. You’ll learn tools to cultivate ease, strength, and stability through guided mindfulness and yoga practice. In addition to the in-person classes, you’ll receive an abundance of resources; and best of all, you’ll practice alongside a welcoming community of mothers.

    Urban Zen Integrative Therapy combines multiple healing modalities to offer you a restorative retreat from the business of your everyday life: meditation, restorative yoga, Reiki, and essential oils. Urban Zen is uniquely designed to promote a greater sense of ease and well-being, as well as treat the classic symptoms of illness: PANIC (pain, anxiety, nausea, insomnia, and constipation) and exhaustion.
