Immunity Boosting Smoothie


servings: makes 2 smoothies

1 frozen banana (once ripe, you can peel the bananas and store in the freezer)

1 orange

1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

4 large handfuls of greens (your favorite combo of kale, spinach, swiss chard, and/or arugula)

1 cup of green tea (I always brew a big batch at one time and store in mason jars in the fridge)

2 tsp. spirulina

2 tsp. macha
